Her specialties include John Barnes Myofascial Release, Pelvic Floor PT for males and females, pre/post partum care, sports and orthopedic injuries, treatment for EDS, hypermobility & POTs, trauma recovery, Post-COVID syndrome and more. She is skilled in and utilizes a blend of manual techniques, massage modalities, advanced Myokinesthetics, dry needling, cupping, targeted exercise, nutrition counseling, somatic trauma recovery, nueromuscular reeuducation, mindufness and electrotherapy.
